Division Change Policy
Up to 15 Days prior to the event – No Change Penalty

Up to 14 Days prior to the event – NO DIVISION CHANGE ALLOWED

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• If cancelled on or before one month prior to the event - FULL REFUND
• If cancelled on or before two weeks prior to the event - 50% REFUND
• If cancelled within two weeks of the event - NO REFUND

Any payments that are received within 4 weeks of an event must be in a form of certified funds such as: Money Order or Cashier’s Check. No exceptions to this policy.
